Delivery Policy

This page explains how Parcel Pre-Screen Reports are delivered after checkout and intake.

Last updated: May 23, 2026

Digital delivery

Parcel Pre-Screen Reports are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment.

Current delivery expectation

The current launch delivery expectation is 2-3 business days after successful payment and complete intake. Intake is complete when you provide the parcel details and buyer questions needed to prepare the report.

Delivery method

Reports are sent by email to the address provided during checkout or intake. The report may be delivered as a PDF, web-ready report, or email-linked report format depending on the current workflow.

What can delay delivery

  • missing or incomplete intake information
  • unclear parcel identity or conflicting listing details
  • temporary source, county, or public-record access problems
  • email delivery issues or an incorrect email address
  • requests outside the current supported review scope

If you do not receive your report

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the report is still missing after the expected delivery window, email [email protected] with your order email and order number if available.

Scope reminder

Delivery of a report does not create a final parcel-specific conclusion about land use, access, wastewater, utilities, title, permits, or purchase risk. The report is a screening-grade public-source starting point and question organizer.
