This policy explains when refunds may be available for Parcel Pre-Screen Reports and how to request help.

How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order email, order number if available, parcel state/county, and the reason for the request.
Refunds before work starts
If you request cancellation before report research or preparation has started, we will generally approve a refund.
Incomplete intake
If you paid but do not complete intake, we may contact you for missing details. If intake remains incomplete and no report work has started, we may approve a refund or keep the order open for a reasonable period so you can provide the missing details.
Unsupported parcel or unsupported request
If the parcel or requested review is outside the current supported scope and we cannot provide a useful screening-grade report, we may refund the order or offer a narrower review path.
After research or report preparation starts
Because Parcel Pre-Screen Reports involve custom public-source review and preparation, orders may not be refundable after research, source review, or report drafting has started.
After delivery
Delivered reports are generally not refundable. If there is a delivery problem, missing section, formatting issue, or obvious error, contact us and we will review the issue.
What a refund does not mean
A refund decision does not create or imply any final parcel-specific conclusion. Our reports remain screening-grade public-source starting points and do not confirm land use, access, septic, utilities, title, permits, or purchase safety.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method according to Paddle and payment-network timing.
